Account & data deletion · 앱을 지운 뒤에도 여기서 요청할 수 있습니다

가장 빠른 길 — 앱 안에서

나 → 설정(톱니바퀴) → 계정 → 계정 삭제

앱이 폰에 깔려 있다면 이 방법이 가장 빠르고 확실합니다. 바로 처리됩니다. 서버에서 먼저 기록을 지우고, 그게 끝나야 계정을 지웁니다. 인터넷이 끊겨 끝나지 못하면 그렇다고 알려 드리니, 다시 눌러 주세요.

앱이 없다면 — 여기서 직접 지우기

폰을 잃었거나 앱을 이미 지웠다면, 앱에서 계정에 묶어 둔 로그인으로 여기서 바로 지울 수 있습니다. 사람 손을 거치지 않고 즉시 처리됩니다. 앱 안에서 지울 때와 똑같이 모두 지웁니다.

메일로 요청: support@agrevo.ai — 제목 계정 삭제, 본문에 앱에서 쓰던 전화번호. 그 번호로 문자를 보내 본인 확인을 한 뒤 10일 안에 처리합니다. 번호만으로 지우면 남이 남의 계정을 지울 수 있어 이 단계는 뺄 수 없습니다.

일부만 지우고 싶다면

기록 하나: 기록에서 지우면 서버의 그 기록과 붙인 사진·파일도 함께 지워집니다.
나에 대한 요약 한 줄: 나 화면에서 그 줄을 눌러 지웁니다.
건강 앱 연결: 나 → 건강 앱 → 동의 철회하기. 건강 요약은 원래 서버에 저장하지 않으므로, 철회하면 그 뒤로 보내지 않습니다.
목소리만: 설정 → 목소리 등록 → 지우기. 서버의 녹음 파일까지 함께 지워지고, 열어 줬던 사람들은 더 이상 그 목소리를 쓸 수 없습니다.

구독은 따로입니다

계정을 지워도 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 결제는 앱이 아니라 스토어가 관리하기 때문입니다.

안드로이드: Play 스토어 → 프로필 → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 정기 결제
아이폰: 설정 → 내 이름 → 구독

You can request this here even after removing the app

Fastest — inside the app

Me → Settings (gear) → Account → Delete account

If the app is still on your phone this is the quickest and most certain route. It takes effect immediately. Your notes are removed from the server first, and only then the account. If the connection drops before it finishes, the app tells you — just try again.

No app? Delete it here

If you lost the phone or already removed the app, sign in with the login you attached to your account and delete it right here. No human is involved, it takes effect immediately, and it removes exactly the same things as deleting in the app.

If you never attached a login, this route is not available. The account key lives only on your phone, so a login is the only way for the server to confirm it is you. Email us and we will verify and process it.

By email: support@agrevo.ai — subject Account deletion, and include the phone number you used in the app. We send an SMS to that number to confirm ownership, then delete within 10 days. We cannot skip this step: deleting on a number alone would let anyone delete someone else’s account.

Only want to delete part of it?

One note: deleting a note also deletes it and its photos and files from the server.
One line of what the assistant knows about you: tap it on the Me screen and delete it.
Health app link: Me → Health app → Withdraw consent. The health summary is never stored on the server, so after withdrawing nothing more is sent.
Only the voice: Settings → Voice registration → Delete. The recording on the server goes with it, and people you granted it to can no longer use that voice.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription, because billing is handled by the store, not by the app.
