이 약관은 My Butler(이하 “이 앱”)을 쓰실 때의 약속입니다. 어려운 말을 줄이고, 정말 중요한 것만 적었습니다.

말·글·사진·파일로 남기신 기록을 정리해 보관하고, 고르신 달력과 함께 보아 때맞춰 알림·알람·목소리로 챙겨 드립니다. 기록 정리와 브리핑·제안·답은 AI 가 만듭니다. 일부 기능(사진·문서 읽기, 영상 붙이기, 브리핑과 제안, 비서에게 묻기, 지인 목소리 등)은 구독이 필요하고, 무료로 쓰실 때는 하루 이용 한도가 있습니다.
이 앱은 의료기기가 아니며, 진단·치료·처방을 하지 않습니다. 비서의 제안과 답은 적어 두신 기록을 정리한 참고 정보입니다. 약을 끊거나 양을 바꾸는 일은 반드시 의사나 약사와 상의하세요. 가슴 통증, 숨쉬기 어려움, 한쪽 몸의 마비처럼 급한 증상이 있으면 앱을 기다리지 말고 바로 119(해외에서는 그 나라 응급 번호)에 연락하세요.
투자에 대해서도 사고팔라고 정해 드리지 않습니다. 소식만 참고하세요.
이 앱만 믿고 약을 드시거나, 이 앱만 믿고 중요한 일정에 나가지 마세요. 휴대폰이 꺼져 있거나, 배터리가 없거나, 운영체제가 앱을 멈춰 세우거나, 인터넷이 끊기면 알림·알람이 울리지 않거나 사람 목소리 대신 휴대폰 목소리로 울릴 수 있습니다. 저희는 알림·알람이 반드시 울린다고 약속하지 못합니다.
남의 목소리를 자기 것처럼 등록하는 것은 금지합니다. 녹음 화면에서도 같은 내용을 안내합니다. 어기신 것이 확인되면 그 목소리와 계정을 예고 없이 지울 수 있습니다.
지인의 목소리는 그 사람이 직접 열어 주고, 받는 쪽이 요청하고, 다시 그 사람이 수락해야 쓸 수 있습니다. 열어 준 사람은 언제든 거둘 수 있습니다.
앱 안의 신고 기능으로 알려 주시면 살펴보고 조치합니다.
결제와 환불은 앱스토어·구글플레이의 규정을 따릅니다. 해지도 그곳에서 하십니다. 저희는 결제 수단을 직접 보관하지 않습니다. 계정을 지워도 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다.
구독은 기간이 끝날 때마다 같은 주기로 자동 갱신됩니다. 앱스토어에서는 구매를 확인할 때 Apple 계정으로 결제되고, 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 자동 갱신을 끄지 않으면 갱신되며, 갱신 요금은 끝나기 전 24시간 안에 청구됩니다. 구글플레이에서는 구글플레이의 결제 시점을 따릅니다.
앱의 나 → 설정 → 계정에서, 또는 mybutler.agrevo.ai/delete 에서 계정을 지울 수 있습니다. 지우면 서버에 있던 기록·사진·파일·나에 대한 요약, 목소리와 계정이 함께 사라지고 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 폰 달력에 넣은 일정과 폰에 내려간 알람 소리는 폰에 남습니다.
위 5장·6장을 어기거나, 서비스를 망가뜨리려 하거나, 법을 어기는 데 쓰는 경우 이용을 막을 수 있습니다. 급하지 않은 경우에는 먼저 알려 드립니다.
법이 허용하는 범위에서, 알림·알람이 울리지 않았거나 늦게 울려서, 또는 AI 의 정리·제안이나 바깥 정보가 틀려서 생긴 손해에 대해 저희가 지는 책임은 최근 12개월 동안 실제로 내신 이용료를 넘지 않습니다. 무료로 쓰신 경우에는 금전적 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 고의나 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 그리고 법으로 제한할 수 없는 책임은 그대로 남습니다.
바뀌면 이 쪽의 “마지막 수정” 날짜가 바뀌고, 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서 알려 드립니다.

These terms apply when you use My Butler (“the app”). We have kept them short and plain, and limited them to what actually matters.

It keeps and sorts the notes you leave by voice, text, photo or file, looks at them together with the calendars you choose, and reminds you on time with notifications, alarms and a voice. AI sorts your notes and writes briefings, suggestions and answers. Some features (reading photos and documents, attaching videos, briefings and suggestions, asking the assistant, friends’ voices and others) need a subscription, and free use has daily limits.
This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. The assistant’s suggestions and answers are reference information drawn from your own notes. Always talk to a doctor or pharmacist before stopping a medicine or changing a dose. If you have urgent symptoms such as chest pain, trouble breathing or sudden weakness on one side, do not wait on the app — call your local emergency number now (119 in Korea).
Nor does it tell you to buy or sell investments. Treat any news as background only.
Do not depend on this app alone to take medication, or to make an appointment you cannot miss. If the phone is off, out of battery, stopped by the operating system, or has no connection, a reminder or alarm may not fire, or may ring in the phone’s voice instead of a human one. We cannot promise that reminders or alarms will fire.
Registering someone else’s voice as your own is prohibited. The recording screen says the same thing. If we confirm a breach we may delete that voice and the account without notice.
Using a friend’s voice requires their grant, your request, and their acceptance. The owner can revoke it at any time.
Tell us through the report feature in the app and we will review and act.
Payment and refunds follow the App Store and Google Play rules. Cancel there too. We never hold your payment details. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the end of each period. On the App Store, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase; the subscription renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it ends. On Google Play, Google Play's billing timing applies.
You can delete your account in the app under Me → Settings → Account, or at mybutler.agrevo.ai/delete. Deletion permanently removes your notes, photos, files, what the assistant knows about you, your voice and your account from our servers, and cannot be undone. Events you added to your phone’s calendar and alarm audio already on a phone stay on the phone.
We may suspend accounts that breach sections 5 or 6, attack the service, or use it unlawfully. Where the matter is not urgent, we will tell you first.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a reminder or alarm that did not fire or fired late, or for AI sorting, suggestions or outside information that turned out wrong, is capped at what you actually paid in the previous 12 months, and is nil for free use. This cap does not apply to willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor where the law does not permit such a limit.
Changes are reflected in the “last updated” date above; significant changes are announced inside the app.
